McCarthy's Irish Bar

McCarthy's Irish Bar is always a great time. Definitely all the feels of a welcoming Neighborhood Pub. The owners and bartenders always treat you like family! One of our favorite watering holes in Lexington, Kentucky. We enjoyed another Saint Patrick's Weekend celebration with our family and friends!

I love the cozy traditional Irish pub vibes. My partner and I stop by here when we miss pubs in Ireland. Their bartenders are always sweet and friendly and the drink prices are super reasonable. They unfortunately do not serve food.

Old style Irish bar, great atmosphere, employees were friendly and courteous. Bartender was knowledgeable and helpful. This place was quaint and cozy as well. Nice place for a pint of Guinness

Always a great experience regardless of your age. Great place to start any night with cheap drinks and good bartenders and music

We thought we would stop in for an afternoon meal after the parade for St Patrick’s Day & we were not greeted, looked at & completely ignored. Basically we were an outsider. No, we won’t ever be going back into this establishment. We walked out & we were stared at so to me if you are a local & in their inner circle you are welcome, if not, nope.
