We were so excited about coming here for what we USED to think was the best Rueben. We had been here many many times in the past. Wow were we disappointed to say the least. Cold cold ruebens (yuk) with more of an overwhelming mustard taste which ruined the sandwich even more than the cold...sitting around too long...taste. Sadly, this was our go to place for ruebens(1 hr drive) ..probably never again. Yuk

First time visiting mcbobs ,was not impressed at all the food is just ok (Reuben and a burguer) the place has a great atmosphere and decorations ,the waitresses are very kind and friendly,the service is a bit slow if you ask me but the food felt and tasted fresh so that's ok "imo" ,pricing is above average ($50 ish in my case) and check includes gratuity not a big fan of that but it is what it is guess. Maybe it's just me but for all the hype it gets it honestly did not live up to my expectations. other restaurants with similar food have set the bar high for me unfortunately.

Very disappointing visit last night. The restaurant was not overly busy, but we waited almost an hour and a half for our meals. We weren't kept up to date on the progress, had to ask for everything... water, utensils, the check, refills. The new owner has a lot to learn about customer service. Her excuse was they were down to one fryer, however, she told us all our fish dinners were pan fried, so that didn't compute. No compensation for the bad service, very thin apology in the end.

It was a great place to spend St Pattys Day at. Very crowded but with the extra wait staff it was not hard to order. Lots of festivities in the tent out back.

Way too pricey for me.. the Internet lied to me about the price. Food was great. I'm just salty about Google giving me bogus info . For what I paid I wish the portions were bigger. But I will probably be back.

Disappointed. Long time customer. 80 minutes waiting for fish fry. Friendly server. Terrible service. Not cool.

It's horrible and not what it used to be. Waitress charged me twice gratuity and made it seem like my error.

Sandwich was excellent as usual, but the prices went up tremendously.

Always has good food, attention to service can be worked on.
