Wow! What an awesome change to this relic spot! Finally nice to see something great go in there! Sherry was our server and she was so so good! Awesome personality and met all our needs without having to ask for anything! Krista chatted with us and just made us feel very welcomed! they are a 10 plus! The service and environment were a great welcome to downtown! Excited to watch this place thrive! Food was good as well Go McFinns!

First time at McFinns we had the smash burger and fish and and chips. Had a Guiness and an Irish lemonade. All were good. Joselyn did a great job. Very nice place, not sure if it's comparable to the numerous pubs we've been to in Ireland and Northern Ireland. But definitely a great addition to downtown Barrie.

Very disappointed. Service was terrible. Food was sub par. Drinks were overpriced. Don’t see this place lasting long.

Came here with my wife for our anniversary and we were very disappointed. Waited 45 minutes for my smash burger to come out, it was over cooked, bland and cold by the time it arrived to the table and to add to that I found a hair in it. The atmosphere of the place is cheap and the service felt very disorganized and unprofessional. Took my wife somewhere else to make up for the poor experience. Was curious to try this place and really wanted to give it a chance but after this experience I won’t be back.

We tried this new restaurant the other day and had Sherry as our server. We were blown away by her exceptional service! Our food and drinks were amazing and delicious. The atmosphere was clean and blew my expectations away. I tried the Irish Mule and the oven baked trout. 10/10! This is a great addition to Barrie and I can’t wait to go back again.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish! The menu was amazing, so many options to choose from, and the food was way better and “fancier” than I expected with great attention to detail while still being a great price. The service from Sherry was quick and positive, and she was always one step ahead so we did not have to ask for anything, almost like she could read our minds! Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends :)
