She took the recommendation and ordered the Confit de Canard. Her first bite into the luscious duck leg, she thought to herself, this is the best thing ever. A love affaire for French bistro faire started there. Mathilde French Bistro is a partnership of Lina Yew and her husband Thierry Clement, also chef owner of L'ardoise French bistro.
