Lina Yew still remembers her first taste of duck confit. Just moved to Paris, first night out, and stumbled onto a little bistro just two doors from home. She took the recommendation and ordered the Confit de Canard. Her first bite into the luscious duck leg, she thought to herself, this is the best thing ever. A love affaire for French bistro faire started there. Mathilde French Bistro is a partnership of Lina Yew and her husband Thierry Clement, also chef owner of L'ardoise French bistro. We want to provide authentic French bistro food in a relaxing ambiance, where you feel like you are at our home.
