Nancy was an amazing server, very personable and sweet, deserves the best!

They get one star for good food but the terrible service at both Kelowna and Vernon locations completely overshadow the food. It’s very clear the problem is coming from higher up (training /management) Do better.

Came in to have a bite too eat sat down wasn't busy at all and the waitresses kept walking by ignoring us so I had too get up and ask for a menu service needs alot of work. Very ignorant I don't think we'll be back!!!!

Great place for sports watching! Food is really good. I can’t remember the bar tenders name but she was working Wednesday the 21st of Feb. Great service, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Basic pub food. Tater tots? Service was slow. Nice atmosphere. Located in casino across from the ice rink. Parking: Designated free parking stalls.

Updated...Feb/24...why do we have to have the worst run Match in the Okanagan? Penticton is better, Vernon is better and Kamloops, better. I wrote the manager on not updating both their Google page on their hrs and as well as the website itself for their hrs and zero reply back! There is signage at the entrance of the casino stating breakfast starts at 10 am but on Google and their website it shows 11 am. I even called to ask on this to make sure as I do not like showing up to closed and the young gal had zero answers for me as well. This to me is NOT GOOD! There has to be much more care here in Kelowna! Then I will consider stopping in more often! Below was from this past August...(and the reply was from this past August) Today I had to go with 1 of 5 stars for atmosphere because of no air on and it was sure hot in there and just car racing on and an old telecast of the Jays game from the day before. NO music on either! Was the worst experience yet that we have had so far at any Match all these yrs. Just one server on too and that is really not acceptable at all. Was so bored and was also slow overall on service except food coming pretty fast. Please BE BETTER! We chose to come there today after two very busy work days for me Sat and Sun. I like some liveliness and some entertainment in my choices. Get everyone to learn how to play the music yes?, even/especially management! Mon, Aug 7, 11 am.

Never again for brunch. No servers around, food was average to poor. Low quality and quality, not even warm. When we complained about the temp they re cooked the chicken morsels that were tiny. Much better options in Kelowna.

Been here twice in 2 weeks. The service leaves much to be desired. Went to Arcade bar with 3 others on New Years day at 4:30. We were the only customers, yet we were ignored for almost an hour and finally had to call someone to serve us. We placed our orders (I got bacon cheeseburger). 5 minutes later the waitress comes back and says we have to pay immediately. Thought it was odd to pay before we got the food, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, gave her a 50% cash tip, and paid my bill in cash. I gave her my Encore casino card to get casino points for my food. She took my card, cash and the bill. I did not get my Encore points, and she had taken the receipt, and being paid in cash, I had no way to prove to get my points. The food took almost an hour. We were not given water, no napkins or cutlery. I thought because it was New Years day they were short-staffed or something, so I let it slide. Went to Match last night with the same 3 people. Again, we were ignored. Many other people were seated and served after we arrived. Me and the lady were almost ready to walk out. Finally she spoke with the head waiter and we finally got some service. The fish and chips was good. I think Match only seems to cater to the "trendy" type crowd, and us seniors were second-class customers. If I wanted that service, I would go to McDonald's. Will never eat here again.

Had a great meal at Match. I asked for no bun on my hamburger and it came with a perfect lettuce wrap. Thank you!
