A perfect appetizer for the winter. This hot dip is similar to warm crab & artichoke dip or warm spinach dip, but with a chile relleno as inspiration.

Crispy fried burrito filled with beans, cheese, and carnitas is topped with green chili and served along side Mexican rice and a simple vinaigrette salad.

Marinated & grilled chicken thighs are complimented by a toasty salsa macha, tangy pickled ginger, and a creamy chipotle slaw.
