i love the drinks and food here! Whenever I go here I always have great service. All around love this place!

Loved this place the first time I went, but when I went in today I ordered a drink with soy milk and the guy made it with whole milk. Instead of simply making it again he tried to lie about it being soy milk. The guy at the register then told him to remake it and he did but as he was making the drink, he ran out of soy milk and tried to use half and half. I was watching him make my drink and told him I could not drink half and half and the he tried to gaslight me saying he wasn’t using half and half even though my friends and I literally saw him trying to pour half and half into the drink to fill it to the top. Like I said, this place is usually fine but I am not sure why the guy tried to gaslight me and give me the wrong drink even though I literally watched him pour dairy into the cup.

I've been coming here for years and I do like their boba tea. It's not my favorite but it's closest to my home and the staff here are really friendly. The boba in the tea sometimes are rlly tough to chew which is why I took off a star. But their sandwiches are really good as well! I recommend the lemongrass chicken sandwich and the classic boba tea.

Firstly, the lack of menu was astonishing. How could you only have little plastic menus that have the prices taped over? As for the food it was the most disappointing banh mi I've EVER had. The top was soggy and the bottom was hard and chewy. It was the size of a bread stick and was mostly just carrots that were weirdly salty in an extremely disturbing way.There was barely any hint of flavor besides the carrots. The menu stated that there would be cilantro and cucumber and jalapeno but it was just tough meat, carrots, and more mayonnaise than any doctor would ever recommend. It was like trying to rip flesh off a bone. The meat was extremely tough, chewy, and gray. It took way too long, almost 20 minutes, for my single sandwich. The cashier was nice but a little quiet. I would probably not recommend the food to any of my friends but the drinks were pretty good despite how sweet they were.

Stuff is very rude, they messed up my order and refused to remake it. I have went multiple times and the sandwiches are always made differently and messy. I won’t be eating there again. They always have young children taking you order that don’t know the menu. And never have a smile on there face they are not welcoming. I have sat in twice and the tables are never Clean. You would think since COVID 19 they would be more sanitary. Tried it again after some years and they stop serving food after 8 pm… what kind of restaurant is this!

This place is amazing! Their (Vietnamese) Avocado smoothie is so good, and on top of that they were friendly enough to customized mine so that it has less lactose. I will definitely be going back there for my authentic Vietnamese smoothies. Dietary restrictions: Less lactose

Don’t waste your money! I used to come here all the time, but lately, the drinks have gone downhill. My go-to mango nada now tastes like ice and chamoy. Even worse, when I tried to get it fixed, the guy refused to swap it out, claiming that this was the right drink even tho it tasted nothing like mango nada. I decided to give it another shot but the second time i had the same Problem… ended up throwing away the drink. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience and definitely won’t be back
