A great combination of top sirloin steak, chicken and shrimp simmered in tomatillo sauce, with nopalitos, onions and jalapeño peppers served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, fresh guacamole, sour cream and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. The molcajete may stay hot for some time and it is not unusual for the dish to still be bubbling a half hour after being served.
