Very bad service took forever to get the main course. Servents were more worried about serving drinks then the food. Had to wait over 1 hour for main course Very Very bad!

Margaret Kuo's Granite Run is the kind of place you'll want to keep coming back to. The staff treats you like family, offering warm and attentive service that really stands out. As for the food, it's unbelievably good! Each dish is a delightful surprise, bursting with flavors that are both comforting and exotic. It's clear a lot of love goes into the cooking here. I've already got my eye on a few other dishes to try next time. Can't wait to return and taste more!

We had take-out. We ordered online Overall, we were quite pleased, as we usually are by Margaret Kuo's Kitchen. Peking Duck, one of our favorites, is now served with a different kind of pancake--smaller & thinner than what they've been using for years. We weren't sure if it was a mistake or the new normal. We prefer the old style. The duck itself was meaty, juicy, and tender. We wish they'd crisp the skin, so we do that ourselves, at home, before assembling the rolls. Their hoisin sauce is perfection! The vegetables in most of the dishes were overcooked in the usual way. I do love the broccoli when it cooks down small & soft in the sauce, but would like some firmer pieces mixed in. Same with the carrots. But, I know that's being very picky. The only veggies I wish they would never cook soft are the snow peas. Snow peas ought to be crunchy! Our party bought a few different seafood dishes. Generally very good! Anything with jumbo shrimp had nice, large shrimp. The scallops were good, too. However, in the mixed seafood dishes, you get only two of each type of sesfood In our case: 2 shrimp, two scallops, one small lobster tail with enough meat for two. The lobster meat was underwhelming--somewhat small & dry. I'd pay more for additional seafood. The General Tso chicken was way too hot (peppers, not temperature) for us, but we aren't at all fans of hot pepper. We didn't order anything with crab, so I can't say if they use that awful imitation crab in their dishes advertised as having crab. This seems like the kind of place that would use real crab. Their Shrimp Lo Mein is a bit disappointing. It has an acceptable number of larger-than-your-average-Chinese-food-joint shrimps. The problem is, it's bland. The pot stickers were excellent! Fat & juicy, with a semi-hot dipping sauce. Too hot for our tender palates, so we had to mix it with duck sauce to use it. Thank goodness we had some at home since they didn't give us any on the bag of condiments. Only soy & hot sauce.

Ate here for the first time since the new Margaret Kuo's opened, and the food and atmosphere were even better than at the old one. Really a first rate experience, at prices that (these days) seem very reasonable.

I usually get great food here but today got the pepper steak and the meat was so chewy. It’s usually really thin and delicious. What a shame
