Marco's Pizza

I ordered a pizza to be picked up at 6 o’clock. I placed the order at five, thinking ahead. When I got there, it was 6:05, and they had not even started my order. So, no remorse. They didn’t even greet me when I walked in. The order was going to take another 40 minutes. I decided to cancel it because this is ridiculous. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

I realize each store is owned by different individuals and while there could have been extenuating circumstances, I have a real difficult time understanding why the website would allow you to place an order if not a single person was in the store. Order placed, payment made, confirmation email received. Half hour goes by. 45 minutes and try to call. No answers. Payment shows on bank app. Drive to store…lights off and nobody there. I get it, people aren’t reliable, but there needs to be a feature that allows owner to shut down ordering. Hangry family is no fun. No more for us and Marcos. Thanks for at least already refunding my money

I was very pleased with how patient the team was today on getting my walk in order complete. My pizza, beadsticks and dessert was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Had been good in the past, got a sub with half the ingredients on it, a pizza with no cheese in the middle, the other pizza was fine, and so were the bread sticks. Pricing is great with the bundles, just check your food before you go.

I placed an order in advance and i am here 45 mins now and they still cant get my order right ...they are so clueles... i hope managment reads this...order 197... on august 23 at 9 pm!...i got my order 9.45...they mixed up two of the orders...one had to refunded and the second at 10 pm...they are now redoing...worst...worst experience !!!!! Marco ...failure!!!!!!!

Ordered 3 pizzas and only one came.

Fresh, hot, pizza!! Got the fiery cheese pepperoni, this is not for wimps, as it is real spicy, for me, it was great!!!!

The cheezybread is delicious! The service was wonderful, everyone was friendly and helpful and hard working. Noah was exceptional!

I just picked up my pizza & it is pouring rain. I did curbside & this lovely man brought my pizzas out in it! (I was waiting for several cars to leave so I could to pull up to the building.) Thank you so much!! That was next level customer service!!

I absolutely love Marco's and this location is no exception. Juan, Blake, and Noah did a stellar job not just with our food, but also with providing an amazing customer service experience as well. Can not recommend this location and this staff enough!

This Marco's location has been our go-to pizza place for the past couple of months, and I can say it's only gotten better every time we come back. HUGE shoutout to Juan Blake and Noah! Not only do they know how to make some AWESOME pizza, but they are some of the nicest people you can meet in the restaurant industry. With pizza this good and 15/10 customer service like this, you really can't go anywhere else! I would recommend anyone to order from this Marcos and my friends and I will be ordering from here again!

If you haven't tried Marco's Pizza. I suggest that you go in and try it, it is good.
