Another update 12/28/23 - Unfortunately, we stupidly ordered more pizza here. We've just received 2 pizzas, 1 of them entirely incorrect. We called for a replacement pizza and they seemed completely confused about which pizza we should have gotten. The other, correct pizza is a thin crust that will be completely ice cold and petrified by the time the correct other pizza is delivered. So we asked for both to be remade and the person we spoke with had to go ask it that was ok. Yes it is, but we have to wait nearly an hour for the replacement order. Awful, awful customer service. We actually were told to go ahead and "eat the incorrect pizza because it's gonna be awhile." Are you kidding me? Oh, did I mention that this wrong pizza I'm supposed to go ahead and eat has mushrooms, which that person does not eat, ever. I keep saying last time I order here and idiotically order again. Not this time. We order pizza delivery from this Marco's location once a week. The food is always delicious and the delivery drivers are super friendly. Definitely our favorite pizza and we'll keep coming back for more! Update 7/13/23 - unfortunately this Marco's now has a new website that is quite awful. There's no order tracking anymore, your order confirmation both on the screen and email do not show any details, and the ordering process itself is rather annoying. Tonight we ordered pizza and it was delivered to the wrong address. They claimed that I must have typed it in wrong (2 digits were off). However, then when trying to create an online account to see if that would offer order tracking, I discovered that somehow there was already an account in our name that I hadn't created. This account was created on 6/29/23 in my name & phone number (not a date that I even ordered from here), but I didn't make an account at any point beyond attempting to tonight. It required a password reset because obviously I didn't have a password for an account I didn't open. Said account shows no orders have been placed at all and this account also lists this same incorrect address that was on tonight's order. Im assuming this must have copied over to my order which I'm guessing is tied to either the email address or the phone number used on tonight's order. This location was very rude when trying to figure out where our pizza was, automatically assumed it was our fault even when trying to explain we did not use this address, asked us to go find the pizza that was given to someone else, and hung up on us. Might be my last order from this particular Marco's for awhile. However, I will add that they did remake my food and delivered in about an hour.
Wife and I just got home with our chicken bacon wraps.. we had to split one because one of them was burnt.. nothing but dough.. there wasn't 2 straps of bacon on both wraps and I doubt there was a table spoon of chicken on both wraps. This food was greasy and should never been served to a customer.. this place was good but not now.. last time we will do business here..
Little Caesar’s does better than what I have received from this location multiple times. Tonight was the worst of it. 30 minutes late (don’t care about that but when the receipt is black from sitting in the hot bag at least have the order right) pizzas were lightly cooked floppy and very sad looking. No crust toppers, missing ranch, cheesy bread didn’t have garlic butter or romasean. As a former marcos employee I try to stay brand loyal but this place needs some quality control before I can return
Definitely my last time going here. I ordered a specialty pizza and added jalepenos and onions. They got the extra ingredients right, but didn't put the meat on the pizza. How does something like this even happen? I got a side container with a handful of microwaved ham and chicken to put on the pizza myself when I got home. This is the fourth straight time I've had an order messed up. It's just a few blocks from my house, it's cheap, and it typically doesn't taste bad. This particular restaurant absolutely needs closed for a week and everyone needs retrained, badly. There's a need for extra staffing as well, as they are always shorthanded it seems. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:02. I got there at 6:07. After all the waiting around, I got back in my truck with my half assembled pizza at 6:38. A new all time low for this place with all things considered that happened on this order. I felt bad for the girl working up front because she was working hard and wasn't the one who messed up my food. Other customers were standing around inside when I got there, so there were people there who waited even longer than I did.
The order was all kinds of messed up. the manager took care of it.
Never received my order. Nobody called and nobody bothered to pick up the phone. So now I'm sitting here at work looking stupid because I told my 2 coworkers I ordered them food and yet there is no food to be eaten.
