I would rate the service, food and at atmosphere here 10/10. Loved the service from waiter, he was very attentive and even took a cute family picture of us all. I would definitely visit again with my family. P.s you can only bring children to the restaurant in the evening on weekdays. Hope that helps.

Food was either over cooked or uncooked (The steak ask for a medium rare got a over cooked chewy) and the chips where hot but under cooked and hard in the middle service wasn't brilliant as well so I didn't tip

Great views over Birmingham, awesome place to celebrate a special occasion or come in for a quick drink and soak in the views

Could not get a cup of drinking chocolate, how poor is that.

Food was nice but overpriced for what you get. Atmosphere was lovely and service average.

Firstly I must say that I initially booked my table incorrectly. I realised as I got the confirmation. Noticing my mistake i rang over 15 times over the next day trying to change the booking only to find out that there phone lines were down. To the staffs credit they were able to quickly accommodate the change. The table we were given was lovely and worth the extra cost to be by the window. However the biggest problem we faced was service. The food offered in the afternoon tea was pretty standard, however, we were offered prosecco for more than was stated on the menu. We were not told if the tea could be refilled or if this incurred an extra fee. Once our tea arrived and I had poured myself a cup i realise there was a crack that ran down the length of the cup and tea was leaking out. Not feeling it was safe to drink from I eventually managed to grap the attention of the waiter and asked for a new cup. I was not offered any more tea despite the fact I then had less than half the tea pot left. We saw the waiter twice more after this once to bring the food and once a few minutes after tje food had been brought out. We couldnt then get there attention easily. By the end we got fed up enough to approach the host stand to pay. As I mentioned food was fine. Tea was teapig teabags so nothing too different than you can get at a local supermarket. Honestly I thought this would be lovely experience and really looked forward to the visit but ultimately felt let down. There are restraunts around this area with similar price points that are attentive to guests, honestly book one of those instead!

We visited as we had received a virgin experience gift for the restaurant. The voucher menu was a reduced menu with 3 options for starter, mains and desserts. The starter was tomato and basil soup which was really nice and mains were vegan Pomodoro linguine which was lacking flavour and the butchers steak with chips which was quite small but ok. Drinks were also nice. Staff were very friendly but don’t think I’d go back again even with the full menu as choices are still quite limited. It’s a nice atmosphere if you just want to grab cocktails.
