The ambience and ice cream flavours are awesome. Must try the red velvet cheesecake ice cream. Surely visiting again.

1L tubs were BOGO 50% off so I bought 1L coffee and 1L Salted Catamel for my office. They were both terrible. They both lacked flavour and none of my coworkers enjoyed either. It was expensive too! I'm never going here again. I'm sticking to the Häagen-Dazs in the supermarket freezer

This place is great! The staff are always great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. I love the amount of flavours you can pick from and the staff make fantastic custom ice cream cakes. Very delicious and look great every time!

Had never been before, so I assumed they would let me know how it worked but they were not friendly and seemed annoyed that I didn’t know how it worked when it wasn’t even busy. The ice cream was kinda average - I got the rocky road.

I have a bad dairy allergy that causes migraines and joint pain. My sister is also lactose intolerant. We went here because they advertised vegan options, and they did have vegan ice cream which was good. However, both me and my sister asked BOTH employees if the waffle cones had any dairy in them, and they BOTH told us they didn't, so we ordered them. When I woke up SICK with my classic dairy allergy symptoms the next morning I wondered and a quick look on their website told me that all of their waffle cones are made with milk. This is incredibly careless and allergies need to be taken seriously. If an employee doesn't know what something contains when asked they need to say I don't know or look it up. They also crosscontaminated the vegan ice cream by mixing it on the same slab as the regular ice cream.
