I would recommend finding a different location if ordering delivery. I tried to call and let them know what happens with their orders for delivery and how their lids were not secure and how to FIX this for a better customer experience and the lady had NO intentions of fixing this KNOWING orders are making it for delivery as a melted mess in a bag. instead she argued and gave me attitude. sorry guys if you receive messy door dash orders. we tried i told her I'm not arguing, take the advice or leave it, I tried to let them know for better customer experience.

There was hair and roaches in the ice cream disgusting

Never open when they say they are going to open. Worker sleeps at table and ignores customers knocking on the door after 1:30pm on a weekday

I'm utterly disappointed with the condition of the AC vent. It was extremely dirty, which raises concerns about air quality and system efficiency. This neglect is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper maintenance. I hope the necessary steps are taken to address this issue promptly.

Clean & they had 3 employees. Delicious ice cream. I got there just in time before the line got really long so be patient but it’s worth the flavor.
