I loved the ice cream Parking: Not

The employees are really surly, and rush the hell out of you. I even knew what I wanted and still felt rushed. They demand to know what toppings you want mixed into your ice cream before you even get anywhere near where you can see the toppings, and will not start to scoop the ice cream until you finish telling everything you want in the scoop. I have been in here several times and not once has an employee smiled at me or the people I'm with, or said hello. I have been to Marble Slab in several states and never had that kind of experience in a store. They also keep the ice cream too warm. Im sure that makes it faster for them to slop together on the slab, but the ice cream is basically a soup before you begin to eat it. Everyone I saw with a cone had it running all over the place. I'm guessing that's why they have a hose hooked up right outside the front door. I love Marble Slab, but this in not a normal Marble Slab.

Love this place!

I adore this place so much, wish the employees would be a bit more enthusiastic and helpful. They literally just like let’s get this over with. Overall my favorite is the cheesecake with strawberry, health bar and pecans it’s top tier! I drive from FWB just for this place cause baskin Robbin’s could never!

I loved coming here and I am an ice cream fanatic! They had enough parking and I love going in and watching them make my ice cream. The atmosphere was fun and lively and I don't remember it being dangerous but I was 12 when I went and don't remember it feeling dangerous at all. Over all I loved coming here and definitely would go back!

Rode bike 6 miles (12 miles round trip) to burn off a medium cup of ice cream. It was worth it. This is a cross between Dairy Queen and rolled ice cream. Not quite rolled not quite soft. Clean place. Staff not really interested but competent. We enjoyed it.
