Small, crowded most of the evenings, be prepared to wait outside for 20-25 mins

It was very busy, to the point where people had to wait for someone to leave to find a seat. The food choices were limited and the food was served at room temperature (except the soup). We had free passes, but if not, the cost is $67 per person but you need the right credit card (e.g. Visa Infinite Privilege). We asked to buy two additional entrances and the woman at the desk was so condescending about it, that we decided to split up and only send two people in with the free passes. I'm so glad we did as the $67 is 100% not worth it for what they offer, unless maybe you plan drink a lot of liquor. For dessert there were only two choices - cookies and brownies. I would never pay for this experience or upgrade my credit card to get access but only ever use free passes.

Clean and nice but food is basic

Unfriendly staff refusing me entry though flying business class with AirCanada. Staff referred to an announcement on the desk about time restrictions but nothing mentioned during booking or on the AirCanada website.

Not a great selection of hot food but the lounge is large and had several different options for seating.

Another great AC lounge. Nice (rotating) food selection, excellent service, comfortable surroundings, VERY helpful staff. I have spent many hours in both Air Canada and Star Alliance lounges are AC has some of the best indeed (in North American anyways!!)!

Open hours did not extend long enough and being only able to visit the lounge 3 hours was insufficient when my connections were 6 hours apart.

I'd like to see some more gluten free options available for food. It's a nice lounge to relax in and they have "Aha" sparkling water which is awesome! Dietary restrictions: Limited gluten free options Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator

This lounge is more of a hit and a miss depending on the crowd you encounter, or renovations that are happening, or what food is being served. But overall, it's still a good lounge to look for some time to relax, catch a drink or snacks and make it to your departure gate.
