100% Albariño. Pale yellow straw with greenish hints. Has typical Albariño notes such as citric fruits and appears with a subtle background of apple skin. 100% Verdejo. A golden green tint in the glass. The nose is slightly toasty but the fruit comes through with plenty of citrus, mineral, and floral notes. 100% Verdejo. Green-tinged gold. Deep, pungent aromas of floral honey, pear, green papaya and salty minerals. Weighty orchard fruit and herb flavors are brightened by notes of orange peel and minerals, with a deeper honeyed quality on the back. 90% Trepat and 10% Pinot Noir. Bright red currant in color with violet flecks. Soft and fresh to the palate. 70% Chardonnay and 30% Parellada. Bright straw yellow with fine, delicate bubbles forming a persistent crown. Blanc de Blancs is produced using the methode champenoise technique with the traditional Cava varietals: Macabeo (ma-ca-BAY-o), Xarel-o (sha-REL-o), and Parellada (pa-re-YAdaRefreshing light and soft taste. Non-vintage rosé made using 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvee and based on Brut Yellow Label's traditional blend. Pale yellow hue with tiny bubbles. 50% Monastrell, 25% Cabernet and 25% Tempranillo. Garnet-purple color with violet hues around the rim. Intense aroma of blackberry, plum, hints of vanilla, roasted coffee and balsamic. 88% Tinto Fino 12% Cabernet Savignon. Bright cherry colour with very intense ruby red rim. 100% Mencia. This is one of those wines that has in its colour one of its greatest appeals. A mixture of Cherry and Violet covered with a bright intensity. A great youth is highlighted in its bouquet of currants and blackberries with a spicy touch(nutmeg). In mouth it is fleshly, gently tannic, with just a hint of acidity in contrast to the sweet entry.
