Mandarin Wok

I honestly wanted to give a 4.5 but Google wouldn't let me. The place is calm and quiet, and the staff are fantastic! Only issue is that occasionally the food [primarily appetizers] can be stale. Not sure if that is a personnel or a day-of-week problem, but it's pretty infrequent. We swapped here from Best China awhile back and like it a lot. Next time we'll prob do Best China to compare again. Update then if I remember! :)

I normally don’t post reviews, but this was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The pork fried rice was dry and tasted like reheated leftovers. The shrimp lo mein was at least edible, but the shrimp didn’t taste that good. Shrimp egg roll tasted like it was fried 3 times before. Will not go back. Lunch special price was not bad.

I order from here once a month and have never had a bad experience. The food is always excellent and the service is always wonderful! Keep up the good work. I always order the mei fun and my husband gets the sesame beef. Their crab Rangoon and fried dumplings are also amazing!

I ordered delivery,jumbo basil shrimp,crab Rangoon and everything was delicious, lots of big ,juicy shrimp,delivered ontime.

We have been ordering from Mandarin Wok for a couple years and they have been hit or miss, depending on the day. So we ordered again and this time it was good. But while we were eating my husband went to eat a bite of rice and found a cockroach. We called and they wanted us to send a picture, so we did, and then they asked us to pack up the food, and they came back to the house to pick it all up. We ordered from the Beyond Menu app so Mandarin Wok cancelled the order from the app for us. Beyond Menu hadn’t pulled out the money yet so we did receive our “refund”. Bummer that this happened. Hope they get their kitchen cleaned and up to code for others but we unfortunately won’t be going back.
