Ok, I admit I eat these as a tasty treat and sometimes cannot just eat one!! I bought them primarily for those times that I need a snack in between meals. They are a guilt-free treat for nursing/lactating mamas that are easy, portable, and toddler-approved! I haven't had any issues with my supply, but I now that I have gone back to work, I will track it closely and provide an update if it's substantial. I have always been a local business supporter and it's always a plus when I've met the owner. Sara is a dietician and mommy of two--amazing!
