A big greek platter featuring our tasty cured salmon. Also known as gravlax, we cure our salmon in salt, sugar, and dill and then cut into perfect cubes poke-style for a delicious bite. This dish contains raw fish and is not cooked! Served with feta and tzatziki sauce.\r\n\r\nAll platters served with hummus, black bean hummus, tabouleh, pickled cabbage, pickled onion, pico de gallo, cucumbers, skorthalia, roasted red peppers, olives, and pita on the side.\r\n\r\nAdd an extra pita to share!
