First founded in 1994 in Chinatown, Seattle by Sam Yoo, an Ipoh Malaysian native. Malay Satay Hut has been a Seattle staple for authentic Malaysian, Singaporean cuisine. We specialize in some of the most authentic dishes in the West Coast, such as Curry Laksa, Beef Rendang, Singapore Chili Crab, Char Kway Teow, Bak Kuh Teh… Sam has retired since 2018, handing down all the original recipes to his successor.
