Maize Mexican Grill

Maize opened in Champaign on October 1, 2011 and began the effort of recreating traditional dishes and flavors from Mexico City, Michoacan and the mountains of a little farm in Guerrero Mexico. In the process, we discovered the love for traditional Mexican dishes within our eclectic Clientele and we work hard every day to improve their experience at Maize. Our Menu is 90 percent gluten free and we strive daily to share our culture through our food and hope that by doing so we are able to learn from other cultures as well.
