Great place to hold events with amazing food and service

I visited this restaurant in Raleigh back to 2005. I still remembered that I ate lots of bread before the main course coming up. The bread was warm and very delicious. I was almost full when main course came. It ended that the waiter actually packed up a big bread to me when I left the restaurant. :-)

"We reserved a table for three for dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very warm and pleasant. Even though it was the middle of the week, it was a bit crowded and noisy. The drinks and appetizers were excellent. The main course was delicious and served hot at the table. Overall, everything was great!

Made a reservation for 6:30 on Saturday. Arrived at 6:25. Host in the front told us to wait when other people who came after us went into the restaurant. We didn't get in until close to 7pm. This is unacceptable. Food was great though :-D

The food overall is pretty good. 3.5 stars would be more accurate for all categories of this review. I tasted several dishes as we had a large party and there was nothing that really stood out. The restaurant is very busy with extremely tight seating. Suprisingly, the service wasn't to bad. This place is loud as well so it's hard to talk with anyone except those sitting g close by.

Haven’t been here in close to 20 years, met my best friend to celebrate her birthday. EVERYTHING was fabulous! We started with their antipasto charcuterie board, I ordered the chicken marsala, and my friend ordered the chicken saltimbocca; they were both delicious! For dessert my friend ordered the lemon cookies, and I had the warm apple crostada, good lordy Gordy, I wanted to lick the plate!!! Our server, Nate, was exceptional!! He was personable, fun, and kept every part of the meal perfectly timed. The antipasto charcuterie board came out, and he gave us plenty of time to enjoy it, without making us feel rushed to order our entrées. He stopped by a couple of times to check in, when we were done, he quickly took our order for entrées, and when they came out, as I’ve already said, everything was delicious. all I can say, is I hope I tipped him enough, because he certainly deserved it 💖

Gluten free penne pasta is amazing. Absolutely no grainy texture. I had to ask the waiter if this was truly GF 😭 Antipasto board is also so worth

Food is always amazing… Service is great and atmospheres. Perfect… However, our food today was wrong. Chicken piccata came with no gravy no capers, totally wrong.

Overall and excellent experience!! The food was so delicious. Our server was very kind and attentive. The chef came out to discuss options with allergies. Everything was great!

Absolutely wonderful. I had a birthday lunch party out on the private patio and the ambiance , food, and staff were absolutely amazing!

Not what it used to be. Over priced processed and premade pasta that's overcooked. Everything tastes processed, not much made fresh in house.

Four of us were seated right away without having made a reservation. Service was excellent. Drinks and food were delicious. Highly recommended. We plan to return soon.
