Maddina Florence Tandoori Halal Restaurant

The food was delicious and the staff were amazing! The seating was wonderful too with cute outside seating and an indoor option as well. We ended up going three times in our short trip to Florence. Definitely would recommend! -Nisar

I visited this place to have halaal food, based on reviews. Upon arrival, I was satisfied by the staff that the food served is halaal and the owner/in charge possesses certificate for halaal food. However, upon insistence to see the certificate prior placing order, the owner confessed that there is no certificate , which proves the authenticity of halaal food. The taste of the food at this restaurant might be amazing but one thing is confirmed that the meat served in NOT HALAAL. A chicken or beef doesn't become Halaal unless its slaughtered in Islamic way. I therefore left the place and prefered McDonald's Fillet o Fish. A piece of advice for all those Muslims who understand and are concerned about this.
