I ordered a custom Minnie mouse cake from Lyla Jones cake studios a week before my daughter's 4th birthday. I was so grateful they could fit me in since it was short notice. The cake came out so beautiful. My daughter loved the cake and couldn't take her eyes off the cake. We got so many compliments on the cake. The cake was very moist and delicious.I want to give a special shout out to Shawn ( I hope I'm spelling his name right). He was so sweet and help guide us with removing the Minnie off the top of the cake over the phone. He also gave us special instructions on how to cut the cake. I really appreciate all your help. I also appreciate the communication. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday extra special. I will definitely reach out to you all in the future.

So every year I throw my husband a Halloween birthday party. This year I went and ordered a custom cake. And can I just tell you it did not disappoint!!! The cake itself was amazing looking, tasted delicious, and was one of the first things to go at the party. Not only that but they were extremely easy to work with. I had to go through FB since I was deployed at the time to set it up. They were extremely helpful and got back to me almost immediately. This company will be my go to for our Halloween cakes from now on!!! Thank you Lyla Jones for adding that extra touch to our party.

I sent them a message for a cake request appointment. I figured that they were busy filling orders. Waited over 3 weeks, no response. Waited another 2 weeks figuring that I would at least get an auto response that my request would be answered in the order that it was received. Nothing... Just called them a few minutes ago and no one answered. I received a voicemail stating that I could message them on Facebook... If you're that busy hire new staff. If you're not, then obviously you don't need the business.
