An ancient secret of Japan that has taken the world by storm, matcha is a very, VERY finely-powdered green tea that stirs directly into water! Phoenix Pearl Tea gets all matchas direct from source, from a tea estate in Aichi, Japan, who also grow the sugar cane for the sweet matchas on the same estate! All matcha lattes are prepared in half milk, half water. All matcha lattes come with ½ tbsp of sugar by default. Please indicate if you would like otherwise.
