LUMI Dessert Cafe

I am concerning, their spoon and knifes, utensils is very sticky and stains, also no napkin available in the morning time, so i had to use what was in restroom. I do not think they are cleaning very well. i order 2 things for 2 person. and it take 25 minutes

Actually been coming here more than I should because the desserts are definitely on point, but the reason why I'm submitting this review is because of the customer service I received by just asking a simple question and then the staff going above and beyond. So I can see why the place is popular not only for the food and atmosphere. Again when you get extremely professional and accommodating customer service then you got to say something.

Didn’t receive condensed milk on side even though it was requested. Portions were a mess and all over the place.

Love their bingsu and toast!

Delicious Bingsu here. They do not just use plain ice and top with powder or condensed milk. They mix the milk with matcha, so the Matcha Bingsu is matcha-based ice which is flavourful. I recommend the Matcha and Taro. . But I am sure if they do like this with every bingsu because I ordered the Choco Brownie one. It was just plain ice topped with choco powder and other toppings. I wonder if I can ask owner to mix the choco with the milk when order it.

Such a good date night spot and place to bring the family. The menu is fun, delicious and unique. Strawberry cheesecake bingsu is my favorite, but the toast and waffles are incredible as well.

Came down from Vancouver, the food is impeccable! The atmosphere and music is awesome. They started playing Yeat! I love Yeat! Definitely will come back again!!

The dessert is good but staff is very rude. Not sure why…
