Lumberjack Pizza

Hate to leave a bad review but we had such a frustrating experience. We were in town on 2/8. We were looking for food delivery, but there was a snowstorm so some local businesses had closed. The ones we tried said closed on Google OR they had it mentioned In their phone voice-mail message or website etc. This company closed at 3 but didn't think to leave any notifications for customers to know that. I placed an order online throught their Google page delivery option which went through something called "chow now" apparently (never heard of it). It just said noramally delivers in 45 mins (I'd attach a screenshot if i could). ...didn't say until AFTER I placed ordered that it would deliver the next day by 11:45??? Ok... so the only option it gave for help was the pizza place phone number.. which there was no one answering so we couldn't cancel it. We got pizza delivery from somewhere else and figured we'd call the next day. Tried calling the next morning and still no answer. So we have no updates until pizza is at our door at 11:45 am by an uber driver?... which we don't want and tried to cancel. The business plays dumb and says to call postmates or uber eats... which I didn't even use. They didn't know anything about chow now?? I don't even have a chow now account and the charge was directly from lumberjacks who is unwilling to help and declining a refund even though we refused the food and sent it back. If they don't know how their online food delivery works then that's probably why they also didn't know how to change their hours on Google or update their voice-mail like other businesses had done.

My favorite pizzas a bit salty but I still enjoy them the wings are absolutely delicious too

Waited 1 hrs 20 min....they forgot our order! It really wasn't worth the wait! Unfortunately the pizza crust is hard & the texture is more like crackers than crust!

Service was good but unfortunately the pizza was really not. Way too much sauce on the marinara, and the sauce wasn’t good at all. Don’t recommend.
