Lulu's Pizzeria Excelsior, the area's only pizzeria offering NY, Chicago and Detroit styles under one roof, uses only fresh ingredients, making our sauce and dough daily (never frozen.) Our sausage is made in-house using MN sourced pork, and our toppings are cut fresh daily, and of course, our cheese is from Wisconsin. We cook are pizzas with the classic stone deck ovens that just keep getting better with time (no conveyor belts here) Our NY's are hand-stretched and launched onto a 500+ degree oven and continuously rotated until perfect, our Chicago's are cooked in old school cast iron, and our Detroit's are made with authentic Detroit-style pans.
