Call-In for pick-up orders available Tuesday-Friday! Call-in your order ahead of time and skip the line! We are a local family-owned business bringing our authentic bagel recipe to Gainesville. With the use of a New York WaterMaker, we are able to replicate authentic New York water mixed into every bagel. Bagels are made on-site from scratch and are boiled and baked fresh every single morning.
