Shocking went in for collection and half the foods missing and no answer from the place now I’m home

The food was rank. Couldn’t eat any of it

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Almost 3 hours no food delivered. Restaurant won't answer the phone, even uber eats tried ringing for me. Terrible Restaurant. Avoid avoid avoid

Beautiful food but awful customer service! We're regular customers but on 2 occasions now they've accepted our order and then cancelled just minutes later... there's the option not to accept in the first instance and it really messes the customers about! Just don't accept the order or mark yourselves as unavailable to take orders when you're busy, OR just ring and let us know it'll take longer than expected, build a relationship with your customers, we personally really wouldn't mind waiting because the food is delicious! Thank god we use Just Eat because after reading other reviews and seeing that they make a habit of this I wouldn't trust ordering from them directly!

Great food! Ashame the driver was a creep tho. Texting me telling me I 'look so besutiful'

Waited over an hour for delivery to then receive a message to say the driver couldn’t find our address(no phone call which was strange)! Called the shop which took about a minute for them to answer, to be told they cancelled because it was busy! Not because of any driver at all! Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for it to be cancelled! Horrible service!

I ordered on Just eat, I recieved 2 text messages half hour apart from each other saying my order had been delayed so I cancelled it and was told a refund was on the way. I am still waiting for the refund 3 weeks later!

Ordered on the uber eats app and i was charaged and the order was confirmed, after waiting over an hour we rang to chase the order up. After a while she stated our order had been cancelled and a refund was made. this is unacceptable. a phone call to say sooner would have been helpful. will not be ordering here again. Don’t recommend

Absolutely disgusted with this place, such a shame as the food is good. Accepted our order then cancelled by lying and saying driver couldn’t give our house. The order was never prepared and cancelled because they are busy, a phone call would have been n order to let us know this. The person on the phone hung up on my when I complained
