Lubbock Hibachi Express

The hibachi isn't seasoned whatsoever. Also when I went to pick up and order i was pretty much argued with by the cashier for no reason.

I eat here often, I’ve never had any issues or problems staff are always nice, but for some reason this time the food gave me food poisoning I’m highly disappointed considering that this was one of my favorite places to eat!

I hate to have to write a review, but others should know how this business has changed. I previously enjoyed Hibachi Express and highly recommended it for the onion soup and chicken hibachi bowl, but after my last visit. I won't be going back. It's been two days since I got their food and I'm still sick. When I got home, I found a long black hair on my food. I was so hungry that I picked it off and ate some. Now I just have regret. The lady we ordered from was okay but seemed to dislike me when I didn't order multiple $10 plates for the child I picked up after school. Sad to see their food quality go down. They weren't busy, so they may leave their food out too long.

What you pay and what you get can’t be beat. For a few dollars more than Taco Bell you can have a fantastic, clean feeling meal that satisfies that Asian food kick without any guilt. Plus I swear they use Doshi Stock which is awesome!!!

The beef hibachi was bland

My go to place!!! I absolutely love this place!!!

I had the shrimp hibachi, and it had almost no flavor, the vegetables were soggy and the rice was all broken up. The fried rice was lacking any eggs. It just had a sauce with a few cooked onions in it. The Shrimp was over cooked, no flavor. My wife had the eel roll. It had so little eel in, she couldn’t taste the eel. I have had better food here. Just not today.
