Lovers And Pies

We went again 2024 and had the mutton and chicken pies. Amazing flavours and the meat was succulent and just delicious. My favourite is the mutton pie. Have recommended and will visit again. Visited yesterday evening (4th Nov 2023). It was very busy and I was really impressed with the polite service provided. Was not able to eat on this occasion, so will return when less busy.

I received my food, but the cashier was extremely disrespectful and intimidating. Despite my order being ready, it seemed like it was prioritized for others who arrived after me. When I went to collect my order, the cashier refused, claiming it was for someone else. Eventually, I received my order, but it was not what I expected and seemed rushed and she rude to me and was making me feel scared I whould never recommend

Heard a lot about lovers and pies, I traveled several miles to try it out and purchased hot and cold pies, the mutton pie was a serious disappointment the meat was tough and chewy, the chicken pie wasn’t to bad. The next day I thought I’ll cook the the cold pies in the oven which was curry mutton even that one was a disappointment tough and chewy. Had the mushy peas that very nice. But I Don’t think I’ll be travelling there in a hurry again. The shop front serving area was clean and only one member of staff serving. Parking: Limited parking

Amazing food, great vegetarian pie option, with delicious sweet pepper and plantain filling will defo go again

The pie was served nice & hot. Sufficient amount of filling. Even though a little too much curry powder which i assume was an accident, I enjoyed the experience and would definitely return. I loved the packaging for the pie.

I made an order on Uber Eats & WOW the shrimp burger that everyone has been raving about did not disappoint! The flavours were 10/10, extra crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. Will definitely be ordering again :)
