Our take on spaghetti. We start with our Tomato sauce and then add a traditional Italian Soffritto, as well as garlic, ground turkey, ground pork sausage and ground beef. We let it simmer until they are all friends then we toss it with our fresh house made linguine noodles. We ladle two more scoops on top and dress with Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino-Romano cheese and a little parsley. Sure to please!
