We are proud of our Spicy Bolognese, to put it simply, this is a pasta you can eat everyday, any time of day. We start with Onions, carrots and celery to make a traditional Italian Soffritto. From there we add our blend of spices and garlic to our signature tomato sauce, then cook and add ground turkey, ground beef and ground pork sausage and let this simmer until it has developed. We add our secret blend of 3 heats to it and you have our Spicy Bolognese. We then toss it with our house made linguine noodles and scoop one more ladle full on top and dress with Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino-Romano cheese and a little parsley. Choose how spicy you want it!
