Lou’s Barton Springs, like the original Lou’s Eastside, is a laid back, no-frills, all day spot offering a little something for everyone. Ideal for pit-stops before heading to Zilker, early mornings for donuts, coffee, and tacos, and evenings with friends, pitchers of beer, and a tableful of burgers, fries, salads, and other snacks. The restaurant has a roadhouse look and feel with an abundance of wood-elements including a cedar-lined screened patio, wainscoting, comfy booths, picnic tables, and refurbished wood-plank floors.
