Had a staff Christmas party here and the staff couldn’t have been better. The drinks were great and the atmosphere is a 10/10. Will be back 100%
Great atmosphere and lovely views from the rooftop.
Interesting atmosphere, great views, unique place
Had a reservation at 8:30... group was immediately seated outside in 40 degree weather. We sat waiting to be greeted by our server for 30 minutes, as we watched guest being greeting immediately after being seated. When our server finally arrived we put in drink orders along with dinner orders and were nicely moved inside out of the cold. Our food arrived around 9:45... every entree being cold, chicken raw, yuca fries were equivalent to eating gravel rocks and still no cocktails... not to mention a missing entree. Drinks and final entree finally arrived around 10:30... drinks were not good considering the two hour wait for them. Our server handled the situation with grace, manager on the other hand could use some hospitality training lessons.
Incredible Cubano sandwhich. Great branding and environment.
Limited bar, not many options for drinks. Service is good and good ambiance. They need step up their bar selection.
Prices are on the high side, but the food and drink meet expectations. Surprisingly easy parking and a great wait staff.
Words to best describe Lost Palm; precious, precocious, entitled, judgmental, and overpriced. So if that’s your vibe you’ll love it!
We really enjoyed the view and the decor of the rooftop bar. The service was quite average--even though they were not busy and appeared to be fully staffed. The beverages and food we had were really not great. Like maybe we'd go back if friends wanted to go. We definitely wouldn't have the same thing on the menu and would go completely basic if we went back. Pretty sure we wouldn't choose to go back on our own. The hotel space looks lovely though. It would be a fun place to stay! Parking: Lots of expensive parking. Little street parking. This was the second time we tried to go. The first time, we couldn't find parking. Since we only planned to be there a short time, the parking fees outweighed what we wanted to spend that time. The second time, we found a street spot.
