Los Caporales Mexican Restaurant

This place used to be our #1 spot for menudo, but we got some takeout today and the menudo tastes like pure tomato sauce(which usually doesn’t even have any), and no flavor. We were so disappointed because we’ve been going for a while and have always recommended them. The lady at the drive through window didn’t want to look for sugar packets for our coffee and told us they only had creamer, but if we really wanted some sugar, that she would look for us. Too scared to spend $50+ there again to be let down with their service and feel like a bother to the employees.

Las meseras deberían ser más atentas con el cliente, pasan demasiado tiempo sin ir a preguntar si necesitas algo o ni siquiera pasar cerca de la mesa para que puedas pedirles lo que necesitas. No regresaré

Food is pretty good, but menudo is hit or miss. I’ve had it at least 10 times to give them the benefit of the doubt and only once was it great. The other times it’s been okay. Don’t listen to anyone saying it’s great. I promise you it’s not. Other than that the service is extremely slow. It could be a party of four and the restaurant could only be open for 30 mins to an hour and you’re still gonna wait at least 30 mins for food. If the restaurant could fix one thing it would be how slow their service is. But again you will enjoy the food.

Slight language barrier but overall a great experience!

I absolutely love this place! The food is authentic and the manager is great! He is very down to earth and genuinely care's about his customers. Not only is the salsa and food amazing but the customer service and quick service added to the experience. I would highly recommend this place to eat as it will be well worth your money! I will definitely be back here to eat!

Awesome food and definitely love the enchiladas!!
