Nearly four decades ago we opened as a small eatery in Downtown San Antonio; we've come a long way since then. We created a top-rated cookbook, been featured on the Food Network and took the puffy taco all the way to the White House. However, our growth hasn't changed what made us Los Barrios. We still use family recipes perfected over generations, the freshest ingredients and most aromatic spices. Most importantly, we always make each meal about bringing family together around a table.
