Los Arbolitos Mexican Food

Great food. Great service!

it is so damn nice to feel welcomed when I walk in there to pick up a delivery and i have to sign for it, it’s almost like they call me a liar or a thief and I haven’t walked out of the store yet with something that’s already been paid for

I’ve known Los Arbolitos restaurants for having great Mexican food, but this has to be the exception. My daughter ordered an asada quesadilla, it had very little cheese and meat….more than one inch around was just tortilla. I ordered a chile relleno with rice and beans. Rice and beans was the only thing I found decent The Chile relleno was cold, and when I tried to cut it the knife wouldn’t go through. There was a big chunk that was super stiff. I called the girl and pointed it out asking when had they cooked this and she said that it was prepackaged….not made here at the restaurant. She did offer to make another one which wasn’t too much of a difference….just this time it was hot. I couldn’t believe that they are selling store bought frozen Chile rellenos…I mean I didn’t know I had to ask if they are freshly made or frozen . Extremely disappointed . And last but not least, the ranch seemed to be good but as I was eating a French fry with it I detected a horrible taste to it. I don’t know if it was expired or what but it was nasty. When the girl brought me the other Chile relleno I told her about the ranch and this time she did give me an attitude saying that she had just filled the container. Didn’t even show concern or apologized. I will DEFINITELY not be coming back, ever

Too load, but clean

All the food is great including the the beans and rice. Fish taco is my go to.

At first this place used to be really good. Their food is horrible now. Don't know what happened, it's a shame.

Never order the asada, it's week old meat they just reheat on the grill.
