Rodrigo López emigrated from Mexico to the United States in 1962 and ventured into the restaurant industry with hopes to improve his family’s way of life. With no experience in opening a business, he opened López Mexican Restaurant believing that faith and determination would make his dream a success. Since opening in 1978, Rodrigo López, his wife Bertha, sons Jonathan, Jose, and daughter Ana have kept their promise that every day, and for generations to come, the restaurant will focus on service, value, and cleanliness to ensure that guests always leave satisfied.
