I waited for literally 30 minutes in curbside pickup before I received my food. The honey wheat bread was not in my bag either. I was calling longhorn to let them know that I was waiting and they did not answer the phone. I was still on hold on the phone for 15 minutes when the to-go order was finally being brought to my vehicle. Only good thing is, this was my first time ever trying the Parmesan crusted chicken (or whatever it’s called) & it was unexpectedly very good! I will order it again and again and again.

I had the best lunch on Friday. Rashida deserves a HUGE shout-out for being an enthusiastic, compassionate server with excellence and car. She provided me a friendly, welcoming experience from the time she started taking care of me to the end when I left. I think it's important to mention that there was a table in earshot of me that had perceived issues - but Rashida wouldn't let them drag her down. She was kind, resilient, and an optimist in spite of their mega negativity. Props to the Tallahassee location for having such a top grade server.

Our family of 4 went to longhorn this evening since we had a gift card. We don’t usually dine with longhorn but remember it being a nicer place so we thought it would be a special night for our family. We came in and got seated immediately, then waited 20+ minutes to see a server. Ordered immediately, and took a long time to get drinks. After over an hour our food finally arrived. Some of our food fell on the floor and after asking 3 times got it replaced. My son ordered the chicken tenders for $16. He got 6 tiny nuggets…no way it would be considered a tender. They brought a couple more nuggets…yes more nuggets out at the same time as the replacement food that fell on the floor. We had already paid online, got a box and left. After waiting 75 minutes we scarfed our food in 5 minutes and were out the door. I watched and heard the same thing happening to people all over the restaurant. The waiter was nice, and I don’t know that he has much control over the kitchen, but service was slow, food was slower, and what didn’t end up on the floor wasn’t good. Could have gone to fast food next door for a much more pleasant and tastier experience. Not at all the establishment I remembered.
