Great food great service

Waitress acted as if she was being bothered every time we asked for something. Rolled her eyes and looked away. 3 steaks same temp, got 3 different results. Asparagus was mushy, but was replaced. Not the best experience we have had. Not sure if we will be back.

one of the worst restaurant experiences i have ever had. our server Manasya liked to sit and talk to people more than help her tables. we were ready to order for probably 10 minutes before she actually came by to take our order. she was standing at a table not far from us having a casual conservation, nothing to do with taking their order or serving them, just standing there talking. we went through our entire meal without her coming back to check on us until we were almost done. then she disappeared again while we were waiting for the check, we turn around to find her standing at a table for another 10-12 minutes passing a phone back and forth just talking and laughing. my burger was dry and had no flavor, the bacon on it was burnt. by the time she had actually brought our food out to us most of my the fries were already cold. the restaurant itself was really dusty on the black display signs they have on the wall between customers tables

Update 3/24/24 While longhorn is one of our favorite restaurants I had a truly distasteful experience here today. When the person brought out my order he gave me no receipt to sign like they typically do and as I was turning to put my bag in the car. The person hastily said to me thank you for your tip. I did not add a tip in on my initial order. You are usually able to do so when you pick up and sign the receipt. So for all he knew this could have been my intention or I could have had cash in my hand. We dine here often and truly appreciate the great service we usually have but this encounter was absolutely unacceptable and we will take our business elsewhere. Old review... The wing appetizer is delicious. We typically have great service here and have had a few great meals dine in and take out recently.

The server was really slow and she looked like she was high.

Honestly I have not one complaint people were friendly food was good environment was good Parking: It was pretty packed it also was a Saturday night there were limited parking spaces but I didn't have to search Kid-friendliness: booster seats and kid menus
