I don't do many open heart surgeries, because the patients end badly. Probably has to do with the fact that I'm not a surgeon and have no medical education. (More seriously speaking, I would never try doing this). In the same line of reasoning, this guys know of hospitality the same as I do of surgery. And the results are regrettable. Bad service, very long waiting times, and the most horrific thing in a steak house: The steak was not good. Bad experience.
This is a very poorly run LongHorn location. They don't seem to be short-staffed, and the waitstaff is very kind (hosting staff leaves a lot to be desired), but it is not a well-run operation. Unorganized, inconsistent, sloppy, and chaotic. Those are the words that come to mind. If you're in the mood for LongHorn, go to the Short Pump location. The Laburnum location will disappoint and frustrate you.
Horrible service and just a horrible experience all around. Steak was raw....didn't get my appetizer or salad. The waitress kept forgetting the most simple things. I could keep going on and on. Get it together, Long Horns!!!
Place at a table and no one ever returned to serve us!
If you're looking for salty either undercooked or overcooked steak then this is the place for you, hard to believe this place is still in business regardless of being in Short Pump, this establishment used to be decent years ago but know it's truly a waste of time & money,if you're in the area there's plenty of other steak houses around, definitely will not be returning to this place.
Description wasn't clear on my entree and was spicy. Our server took it back to kitchen and they remade it for me, to my liking.
