The food was good. The service was lackluster. Disappointed because previous times there the service was excellent.

Great food! Good service, nice atmosphere.

Got two steaks for carry out...got home and they cooked them backwards...the one that was supposed to be well done was medium rare/rare and the one that was supposed to be medium rare was really well done...wouldnt of mattered if they were the same steaks but one was the outlaw ribeye and one was the 8 oz sirloin so it kind of ruined the night and we live 25 min away so going back through that mall traffic on a weekend wasnt realistic...Bummer but most of the time they do a good job.

I have never been treated so horribly at Longhorn Steakhouse out of the years that I've been going there. This lady waitress was thee absolute rudest. We was seated and the waitress took seems like 15_20 before coming over to ask our table what did we want to drink. I told her what I wanted and also a glass of water. My friend was looking over the menu to see what all kinds of drinks that they had and she asked her was it all coke products and the waitress replied yes. So I asked her would it be ok if I could go ahead and place my order while my friend was looking over the drinks and she like shushed me telling me to wait. I looked at her like did you just shush me like I was a kid. So she takes my friend order for her drink and walked off without taking my order. Then when she finally brought the drinks back she just sat the drinks on the table and left. Still not taking our order. So I went to the restroom to wash my hands. This waiter had us waiting to place our order almost an half of an hour. Mind you we never to got our water. She keeps passing by our table without and so happened it was another party sitting across from us complaining as well about how rude this young lady was. So on tomorrow I will be calling to speak with the manager about how rude the waiter was. I don't want her to loose her job, but they really needs to talk to her about her attitude and customer service.

As a employee in the retail industry as well. As the production side of things, I have never been in a restaurant. Especially on a special occasion with my fiancé. To celebrate our child's birth and we show up an hour before your establishment closes. Yeah, my. Waitress is sweeping the floors with a loud vacuum, making it unable for us to talk and worse with her Raw hands was digging into the Vacuum to try to clear it as then. She brought our food less than 60 seconds later. I don't know how one could have washed their hands..... Not only will. I never return to this establishment. Or any longhorn establishment, but I cannot believe management would allow such Annoying and unprofessional show of work. When the establishment is still open, you do not close anything until it is closed. I hate that you stole my money. I hate that I didn't just dine and dash. Because that's what you deserved. I did not leave a tip because the only person in that place who deserves any money was the cooks..... I am extremely disappointed and I will discourage anybody, including my family members or anybody from this moment. Forward from coming to that disgusting restaurant!

Very enjoyable afternoon
