LongHorn Steakhouse

Aiden was our server and he was very attentive. I would definitely request him the next time we visit. LongHorn was so much quieter than Texas Roadhouse and much shorter wait time even for our party of 7.

Didn't have a lot of time before I had to leave for work, but still wanted to treat my parents to dinner. Our server was great and the cook staff was on point. Was able to get my steak to go within 15mins and covered my parents meal all before I had to leave.

It was the first longhorn that I've ever eaten in, that the food wasn't up to par. Maybe it was because of the hurricane but I doubt it, are chowder was cold, and the cheese burger was bland and dry. They need to do a little bit better I think.

Would give the service 10 star Well this was an older review but after today I will never go again waited 50 minutes for are for 2 Family of 8 sat 30 minutes after us got there food at same time I asked server about why it took so long with a very rude answer told me ask the kitchen so she ask the why her rude a s did not get a tip

This was the second time we have gone recently and we got Aiden as a server both times. Absolutely FANTASTIC! Drinks were never empty, and service was quick!

Excellent time. Our server Nicole was AWESOME! The salmon was amazing really enjoyed the night!

All food was delicious, delivered fast, amazing sevice. Although there was multiple babies screaming, we enjoyed are time here and do recommend!!😊

We had an amazing time & the food was fabulous! I def recommend there new dragon fruit margarita & lemon chicken!

Ate early. Food is as good as it always has been. Restaurant wasn't busy, but the server wasn't able to greet us until we were sat a long while. Took our drink orders only even though we were able to decide and close our menus before she arrived. Blamed the bar for the drinks taking so long, claiming they were backed up. Had runners serve us. She checked in once. Asked for water to accompany my drink. She forgot. We sat as she waited a table, back to us, telling them the bar was to blame for him never getting his drink.. neat whisky. 2ppl were seated at the bar. Had to call out to her as she was almost avoiding looking in our direction. Asked for the water again, and "okay" was the response. And I know some ppl are rude to servers, and that's why they get this service, but we thanked her constantly and didn't complain about the service to her at all. With prices being so high, it's hard to spend so much and be treated as an inconvenience.

Tonight’s experience would’ve been negative after my porterhouse steak was cooked incorrectly twice but this isn’t a bad review….and my experience was amazing! This review is to highlight the exceptional hospitality, 5 star service the restaurant team provided during this situation….beyond amazing service, the ribeye offered and the manager and waiter’s commitment to customer satisfaction is the reason why this is an amazing restaurant. No matter what this restaurant is the beacon of the community and you can always have memorable experiences. I have been coming to this restaurant for over 3 years and the amazing staff and management team make you feel at home and even when they have an off day like tonight it doesn’t matter because they are amazing! Thank you to the staff and management for always taking care of customers and the community and serving quality food and offering the best hospitality in the world! I highly recommend everyone eats here!
