Parisienne walkways is our bier de garde consisting of 2 threads of spelt wheat saison, one stainless and the other foeder aged for 11 months. These threads were blended together and generously dry hopped with New Zealand Nelson and Amarillo hops. Parisian Walkways is characterized by its silky smooth mouthfeel, tropical hop aroma, and a crispy, bright finish from natural carbonation.

Naturally fermented foeder saison dry-hopped with Motueka and conditioned on Persian lime and Meyer lemon. Naturally carbonated in the bottle.

Mixed culture foederbier re-fermented with Baby Gold peaches from Three Springs Fruit Farms in Adams County, PA. Golden spelt and wheat saison fermented with our house mixed culture of farmhouse yeast and Brettanomyces in an American oak foeder. Brewed in February 2021. Matured in the foeder until July. Punched down for six weeks on Baby Gold Clingstone Yellow Peaches.

Foeder aged pilsner dry-hopped with Pacific Sunrise hops. This pilsner is a hybrid of a traditional German pilsner with foeder aging and new world hops.
