France | The classic! 30-45% reserve wines with grapes from as many as 50 to 60 different crus. The Pinot Noir predominance provides the structure that is so typically Veuve Clicquot, while Chardonnay adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine, and a touch of Meunier rounds out the blend. The long aging in our Crayères (3 years minimum for Yellow Label) gives silkiness to the Champagne.

Germany 2021 | From 18 year old vines planted to 1.2 hectares of calcareous clay soils and harvested at the end of September. Fermentation lasts for eight weeks under temperature control and spends six months on lees. Unfiltered.

Austria 2021 | Perfect for the infectious drinkability that this variety is known for but has an extra level of clarity and complexity that is sometimes missing from this category. Fermented entirely in stainless steel from estate grown loess dominated vineyards in the Kremstal. Dry stuff!

California | Crisp, bright, and vivacious, Refreshing acidity and roundness, opening to flavors of tangerine, lime, and lemon curd, lemongrass, ginger, white peach, and green apple. Finishes clean and long with a lingering hint of lime.

France 2021 | Blend of Syrah, Cinsault, and Grenache. An aromatic wine; zesty lemon and orange flavors are lifted by the acidity and by the wine's youthful exuberance.

0.5% | N/A - Run Wild IPA aka "the blue can". Non-alcoholic craft beer made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients. Low calories for the active lifestyle.

4.5% | Mexican Lager - A premium pilsner that pours with a pale golden color, has a refreshing and crisp flavor, and a pleasantly clean finish with no aftertaste. Good with lime and Tajin...just ask.

5% | Lavender Lake's favorite easy drinking lager!

4.8% | Pilsner - Pentatonic Pils was brewed with Pilsner malt, fermented with a traditional German Pilsner yeast and hopped with Saaz. Primary fermentation was in an American Oak fouder, lagering in stainless steel.

7.1% | Brett Ale - Fermented in oak. This beer is a nod to our upcoming FFARM project and our love for beautiful and approachable farmhouse-style beers.

12.8% | Imperial Milk Stout - 2022 version brewed with coconut, hazelnut, and milk sugar. Aged in bourbon barrels. Enjoy with good company.

5% | Mandarin-Vanilla-Oak - Juicy mandarin and sweet orange brighten the cool smoke of rich oak, herbal bay, and milky vanilla

6% | Hard Kombucha - Organic, coconut, orange, pineapple, activated charcoal, nutmeg, green tea

6.7% | IPA - Our flagship hoppy offering, Wavetable, is a Northeast-style IPA brewed with Citra, Strata & Mosaic

6.4% - IPA - This award-winning, classic Grimm IPA is soft and juicy with bright tropical flavors. Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado varietals are kicking out notes of overripe mango, guava, papaya, tangerine and lime. Velvety mouthfeel and a soft bitterness — a balanced hazy IPA!
