After years of working in the property management industry, Chalet Sturgeon wanted to turn her passion for wine into a new career. Through working at different wineries in Berrien County, traveling to vineyards around the Great Lakes State, and researching the best Michigan spirits, she dreamed of opening an exciting, new kind of tasting room with good friend, Jayme Neumann. Jayme's years of winery experience made for the ideal sidekick. Local Pour is the tasting room with a twist - try All-Michigan-Made craft beers, wines, ciders, craft cocktails and Michigan snacks. This fun and friendly tasting room allows guest to explore a variety of the best Michigan-made spirits close to home and Benton Harbor/St. Joseph.
