Lovely treat and friendly service. Had the Hazelnut Bueno Mini Loaf which was indulgent and delicious.

staff was very friendly and accommodating place is very cute and clean, and very pink too, my favorite color!

*Just to say I got a great response from them to say they will investigate why this happened, and that they don't make the pastries themselves, so at least this shows they are trying to better their service. * Great customer service. Tried this place for the first time today, and was dissapointed by the pastry which was very dry.

i like there drinks but not the cake

Pastries (croissant and pain au chocolat) were so disappointing, looked so nice but tasted worse than the basic tesco ones

Coffee and cake is consistently good. Come over here to work or just for a coffee a lot. Staff are friendly. Favourite coffee shop in Manchester.

Nice portion, not too big not too small. Loads of variety too

Update: aiden has got in touch since to find out what happened. While you can’t change what did happened, I appreciate the effort he made to solve the issue. I do appreciate the effort. Thank you. I used to really like Loaf so this is extra sad. There was no queue yet the staff made no acknowledgment that i was even there. Eventually I called him asking if there was a wait on coffee and he said 10 mins. You could have literally just said that quickly as you’re making your drink. Instead you let me stand there and made me ask about it. Thanks to this I had no time to pop over anywhere else and had to return to the office with no coffee. Pain au chocolat was also burnt but I have no coffee to have this with.

You can take your cake away, or there’s plenty of seating inside. 2022 Get a Loaf of These Cakes I either saw this place on Instagram or on a leaflet: the sweet, stodgy, sugary-looking loaves of cake instantly drew me in. I went for a slice of Jammie Dodger which was a creamy treat that lived up to my expectations. I need to go back and try them all. There’s lots of seating and there’s hot/cold drinks for sale too: it looks like an ideal place to work from.
